Fieschertal
Fieschertal is a warm, romantic village in the «Valais» 1050m.a.s.l. surrounded by an awe-inspiring
Alpine-environment. In a short walk from our resort, Casa Yolanda, you will find a restaurant, food
and convenience store, shuttle bus station and a paraglider flying school. General facilities in and
around Casa Yolanda and house Flying Center: Equipment for barbeques, landing field for paragliders,
car park (free), playground, sauna, solarium, andry with dryer.

HOUSE FLYING CENTER
The Flying Center is a building with 6 flats. The holiday flat is on the first floor, all the others are
owner-occupied flats inhabited by locals without children. The building is situated on level ground, in a
sunny and quiet location with an unobstructed view, surrounded by lawns, playground and gardens.
In front of the building there is the landing site of Hansi Zeiter’s famous paragliding school: a favourite
landing spot in summer and winter for hundreds of pilots. In Fieschertal it’s possible to buy some
essential groceries, whereas in Fiesch there are plenty of opportunities for shopping.
 
 
Those who prefer snowshoes lay their tracks in the fresh snow and
on groomed hiking trails. The little ones enjoy themselves at the ski
lift «Blätz», only 5 minutes away from Flying Center.
If, by any chance, the sun doesn’t shine, sauna and solarium are at
your disposition in the Casa Yolanda, or you can make use of the
whirlpool or the indoor swimming pool at the nearby hotel.

All the necessary equipment for winter sports can be hired from
sports shops in Fiesch.
The local tourist organisation offers a wide variety of activities.

Or treat yourself to a day of wellness at Breiten. In Fiesch, a
cosmetic studio awaits you. Bikers get their share of excitement,
too, but be prepared for a lot of «ups and downs».
At Reckingen as well as at Naters and Brig there are outdoor
swimming pools. You don’t have to take your children to the
seaside to splash around in the water!! At Fiesch, there is an
indoor swimming pool, as well.
In Ernen you can go to a concert of classical music in the
wonderful baroque church. The local tourist organisation offers
a lot of different activities. The guides of the Alpine Center
Aletsch will be pleased to teach you rock climbing or to take you
